Yesss I’m baaackkk! I’m happy to let you know that I’ve stated a new series of videos here on my blog!

Finally! I’ve let you wait way too much, but I’ve felt a bit lost to be honest, and now that I’ve put my pieces back into their place, I’m stronger and more determined than ever!

Therefore, full of energy like I am now, I wanted to start with posting this video of a full lenght leg workout routine that I like to do.

For these leg exercises today, I used one of my amazing shiny two piece fitness sets. This orange set comprises a pair of high waisted leggings and a crop top that shine so nicely in this natural light.

I did three exercises, three sets each, 15 reps each set. It was not easy at all, taking into account the heat these days. There are like 35 degrees Celsius every single day, and one can feel out of breath for real in this heat! But, not me! I’m strong and I finished my leg workout successfully.
